All products are made to order. Please allow for variation in colors and styles.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping and Returns

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
We currently do not offer returns, but please contact us if there’s an issue with your order.

4. Donations

50% of our profits are donated to nonprofit youth sports organizations. We reserve the right to choose which organizations receive donations and when.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including logos, designs, and copy, is the property of The Sideline Sibling and may not be used without permission.

6. User Content

If you submit content (e.g., shirt ideas, photos, testimonials), you grant us a royalty-free right to use it for promotional purposes.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
